Lecture Title: Performance Unmasked – The Psychology of Our “Stretched” Abilities
Imagine a world where our diverse abilities shine, unrestricted by preconceived notions.
In this lecture, we will explore the dynamics between psychology and performance. You will learn about how intelligence and talent are related to performance and outcomes and gain insights into the diverse ways our minds work and the impact these have on performance. Specifically, we will learn how external and social influences shape our experiences and mental narratives and how this sometimes nudges us away from realising our full potential.
