Dr Epameinondas Katsikas

Biography

Dr Epameinondas Katsikas is an Associate Professor in Accounting and Finance and Programme Lead for the BSc (Hons) Business Programme at Northeastern University London. He previously served at the University of Kent Business School and Durham University Business School and has extensive experience in higher education teaching, programme leadership, online learning and dissertation supervision across undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education programmes.

Dr Katsikas holds a PhD in Accounting from Durham University Business School and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE), and member of the Association of International Accountants (AIA). His research interests include management accounting, corporate governance, ESG, financial markets, public sector management and organisational performance.

He has published extensively in internationally recognised journals and has presented research at major international conferences across Europe and Asia. Alongside his academic work, he is actively involved in doctoral supervision, executive education, international academic collaborations, journal reviewing and external examining for several UK universities.
