Devon House facilities
Devon House features a variety of flexible spaces, along with Wi-Fi, coffee and tea points, printers, first aid rooms, and lockers. There’s also secure bike storage available within the perimeter.

One Portsoken facilities
Portsoken’s high vantage point at the edge of London’s financial district offers a 360-degree view of the skyline, including famous landmarks like Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, The Shard, and St Mary Axe (dubbed “The Gherkin” by Londoners).

Three more floors in One Portsoken are due to open by autumn 2025, providing a total of 98,000 square feet of campus space. Plans include chemistry, biology, and physics laboratories, as well as workshops for engineering and a makerspace.
