Dr. Ganesh Bala

Biography

Dr Ganesh Bala is a Lecturer in Economics at Northeastern University London. His teaching and research span macroeconomics, microeconomics, econometrics, labour economics and international economics. He has taught at universities in the UK, Australia and the UAE, including the University of Sydney, University of Wollongong and Manchester Business School. His current research focuses on labour-market dynamics, full employment, artificial intelligence and sustainable labour markets, with particular interest in how technological change and labour- market institutions affect employment, productivity and inequality. He holds a PhD in Economics, a Master of Economic Analysis from the University of Sydney, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
