Biography
Dr Zouros has worked as a Assistant Professor and Senior Tutor in Economics at Northeastern University London since its foundation, teaching Mathematics, Statistics and Further Mathematics. He received his PhD in Philosophy of Science in 2007 from the London School of Economics, where he is currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education.
George completed a PGCE in Mathematics at Kings College in 2009 and previously earned a BSc in Physics (Queen Mary College, 1992) and an MSc in Quantum Fields and Fundamental Forces (Imperial College, 1993).

Research
Dr Zouros’ research concentrates on the philosophical foundations of quantum mechanics.
George’s PhD research concentrated on the philosophical foundations of quantum mechanics, with particular interest in the resolutions of the paradoxes associated with quantum theory. The main focus was on the Popper experiment, a variant of the EPR thought experiment.
Teaching
Dr Zouros is a Assistant Professor for the Economics BSc at Northeastern University London. He joined the University from the London School of Economics where he was a Teaching Fellow lecturing in Quantitative Methods, Operational Research Methods and Logic.
George has taught at Northeastern University London since 2015 and at LSE since 1999 at both undergraduate and post graduate level in the departments of Philosophy, Economics, Management, Operational Research and Statistics. He has also taught at secondary school level at City of London Academy. He is always keen to employ new technologies and innovations in his teaching and has been awarded a number of teaching awards from the Philosophy, the Mathematics and the Statistics departments of the London School of Economics.
