Rashi Dutt

Biography

Dr. Rashi Dutt is a Research Fellow in Brain-inspired Learning Accelerators at the Institute for Intelligent Networked Systems, Northeastern University London. Her research pioneers neuromorphic hardware accelerators for on-chip fine-tuning of large language models. Her expertise includes mixed-signal system-on-chip design, low-complexity VLSI architectures, area/time/energy trade-offs, and energy management systems.

She received her Master of Technology in VLSI systems from the National Institute of Technology, Nagaland, India in 2016. She completed her PhD in Microelectronics and VLSI from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad in 2022, where she was awarded the Intel India PhD Fellowship. She worked as a Research Scientist-II at the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Hyderabad from 2022-2025. In 2025, she joined as a Research Fellow at the Department of Engineering, King’s College London, U.K.
