Start-up Hub

Just a short walk from One Portsoken, the Start-up Hub is where innovation meets opportunity. Designed mainly as a professional workspace for companies, it offers everything from flexible desks and huddle rooms to spaces for meetings, product launches, and events.

Adding to its unique character, the Hub also features a preserved section of the original Roman London Wall – one of the oldest parts of the city, giving you the chance to study, work, and collaborate alongside over 1,800 years of history.

Accessibility features

The Start-up Hub has been designed so everyone can make the most of its spaces and opportunities:

  • easy access and orientation: full access across both the ground and lower ground floors.
  • inclusive facilities: accessible WC and meeting rooms throughout the building.
  • modern and flexible: workspaces and meeting areas created with accessibility in mind.
  • boardroom access for all: our tech-equipped boardroom includes built-in accessibility features, so no one misses out.

Whether you’re here to attend a networking event, undertake a co-op, or collaborate on a project, the Hub is designed to be welcoming and usable for every professional working here.
