Stage One: Pre-Application Form

Your first step in the housing process. This form helps us gather important information, including:

You’ll submit:

• Personal & Academic Information – Ensures accurate records.
• Housing Plans for 2025-2026 – Indicate whether you’re opting out of Northeastern University London Housing.
• Roommate Preferences – If you have a roommate in mind, you can add their student details.
• Reasonable Adjustments – If you have a registered reasonable adjustment with DAS, let us know so we can consider it in your assignment.
• Using the information provided in your Pre-Application Form, a member of the Northeastern University London Housing team will assign you a room in Chapter Spitalfields. Room assignments will be emailed on June 13. While we prioritise pairing Semester In students together, due to limited capacity, you may be assigned a roommate from a different Northeastern University London program.
• Deadline to Request Room Assignment Changes: July 18
• Requests may include opting out of  Northeastern University London Housing or submitting a roommate request. Due to being at full capacity, last-minute requests cannot be accommodated. If you opt out by the deadline, you will not be able to opt back into Northeastern University London Housing later.

Stage Two: Pre-Move-In Tasks

You’re almost there! On July 25, you’ll receive a housing assignment reminder along with instructions on how to:

• Set up your StarRez account
  Complete the Residence Life Induction
  Sign your Housing Agreement
• Please note that all tasks must be completed before your move-in date.
