Assisting you every step of the way
Throughout your studies you will have access to dedicated advisers that can assist you with navigating all aspects of university life, with confidential advice on anything that might impact your studies, including your mental health and wellbeing.
You’re much more likely to succeed if you feel confident about where to go when you need help or advice, and in the way you need it. That’s why we’re here to help you every step of the way. In fact, we offer support for every aspect of university life, so you never need to worry, because you’ll know you can get the right help at the right time, anytime.

Student wellbeing
Your welfare is our top priority, and our student support services are here to help you maintain a healthy balance between your studies and your personal wellbeing. We offer confidential advice and support on anything that may impact your studies, including your mental health and wellbeing.
Student Wellbeing Advisers
Our Student Wellbeing Advisers (SWA) are here to support students with general wellbeing and disability related concerns, create Learning Support Plans and ensure reasonable adjustments are in place. SWA also meet with students for regular ‘check ins’ or chats, and can offer student money advice, including support with DSA allowance.
Mental Health Advisers
Our Mental Health Advisers (MHA) are trained mental health professionals who provide therapeutic support, guidance, and clinically informed interventions for students. You do not need to have a mental health diagnosis to speak to a MHA; they are here to support any student who is struggling and would benefit from mental health support during their time at university.
Through our partnerships with the external agencies, students can access additional support during their studies, from anywhere in the world.
