Biography
Lisa joined Northeastern University London as Associate Professor of Law in September 2023. She is Course Leader for Law of Tort, Tort Extensions and Developments, part of the teaching team for Law of Equity and Trusts and a Dissertation supervisor.
She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an affiliate member of Boston Law School. Lisa is also Deputy Institutional Lead for AdvanceHE Fellowships.
Lisa’s research interests include technology and privacy law. She has a number of published works in these areas and has given conference papers at both national and international events, including the annual Socio-Legal Studies Association (SLSA). Since 2018, she has been joint editor of the special post-SLSA edition of Information and Communications Technology Law, a peer-reviewed, leading, global, technology law journal.
Lisa also has External Examining roles.

Teaching
At Northeastern University London, Lisa is Module Convenor and Course Leader for Law of Tort and Tort Extensions and Developments, both of which are core Level 5 courses on the LLB programme. She also forms part of the teaching team for Equity and Trusts, also at Level 5 and Lisa is a dissertation supervisor, at Level 6. Prior to joining NULondon, Lisa was Senior Lecturer at Kingston University London, where she taught on a range of LLB courses, including Tort Law, Equity and Trusts Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, English Legal Systems, Professional Ethics and Law of Technology and Innovation.
