Biography


Dr. Fayokemi Olorundami is an Associate Professor of Law at Northeastern University London. At NU London, Dr Olorundami leads the Contract Law, Criminal Law and Legal Research courses.

She obtained her PhD from the University of Aberdeen in 2017. Dr. Olorundami’s thesis looked at the maritime boundary delimitation dispute between China and Japan in the East China Sea. Her LL.M, also from the University of Aberdeen, was in Oil and Gas Law. Before joining Northeastern University London, Dr Olorundami taught at Nottingham Trent University (NTU), the University of Greenwich and the University of Aberdeen. Before these, she practised law as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Dr Olorundami is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (formerly, the UK Higher Education Academy.)
